SofasRus warrants the frame and spring seat base to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, as long as the original purchaser owns this product. Sofas R Us MFG warrants the seat cushions for 1 year from the original date of purchase against loss of foam resiliency. Normal softening and flattening of foam and fiber is not considered a defect. The item must be upholstered in the original fabric. Upholstery fabrics are warranted against defective material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase, under normal use and care.

This warranty does not cover fading, shrinkage, or pilling and is invalid where evidence of heavy soiling or abuse is present. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment, other than that by the fabric manufacturer, or improper cleaning is also excluded under this warranty.

NOTE: Items warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use in a residential setting.

To obtain service under these warranties, problems must be reported to the dealer. A copy of the original sales receipt must be presented by the original purchaser. The retailer, not the customer, is to contact Sofas R Us MFG for service arrangements
