What is the construction of the furniture?
At SofasRus, our frames are crafted from solid, kiln-dried alderwood, which is corner-blocked and screwed for maximum durability. The spring construction features sinuous steel “no-sag” springs that are closely spaced and reinforced at the seating edges for added support. All of our cushions begin with a high-density foam core that is free of harmful chemicals and flame retardants. You can choose our standard Dacron wrap for a smooth finish or upgrade to a down or synthetic/hypoallergenic down wrap for an extra layer of comfort.
What is the warranty?
At SofasRus, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our frames, a 2-year warranty on the springs, and a 1-year warranty on all cushions. Please note that the warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or items used in a commercial setting.
Where are the sofas made?
All of our pieces are handmade in the USA, specifically in Los Angeles, CA.
What is the cost of a sofa or sectional?
Our sofas start at $995, with an average price of $1395. Sectionals begin at $1790, and prices may vary depending on the size and customizations.
Are all the fabrics included in the price?
We offer around 700 fabrics to choose from, all included in the price of our pieces. Additionally, we have a selection of upgraded fabrics with patterns or intricate textures that may add 25-40% to the cost. Most of our clients opt for a “standard fabric” and only upgrade accent pillows for a minimal charge. If you have something specific in mind, we also accept C.O.M. (Customer’s Own Material). Feel free to purchase fabric from the store of your choice, and we’ll ship it to our factory to create your custom pieces.
What customizations cost extra?
Each of our styles comes with standard dimensions for individual pieces and sectional sizes. With a wide variety of standard sizes available, we can likely accommodate your needs. However, we can also create any style in any size you desire, tailored specifically to your space.
